We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as necessary with: Shopify Inc. (platform & hosting); payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal); shipping carriers and fulfilment partners; email service providers; and advertising platforms (Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok, Google LLC) using aggregated/hashed data for advertising only, under their respective data-processing agreements. All processors are contractually bound to process data only as instructed and in compliance with law.


7. DATA RETENTION

• Order/transactional data: retained as required by applicable tax/accounting law (up to 10 years)
• Email marketing data: until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Technical/analytics data: up to 26 months
• Support communications: up to 3 years


8. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR — EU/UK)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data, and to withdraw marketing consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact support@cleardent.co; we respond within 30 days and may verify identity. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.


9. YOUR RIGHTS (CCPA/CPRA — CALIFORNIA & US)

California and other US residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise these rights, contact support@cleardent.co. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.


10. CHILDREN’S DATA

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us for deletion.


11. SECURITY

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including SSL encryption and access controls. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy periodically. The “last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
