1. PARTIES
These Terms govern the relationship between Cleardent (“we,” “us,” “our”) and any individual (“you,” “customer,” “user”) accessing or purchasing from this website.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal authority to enter a binding agreement, and that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
3. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
An order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon our dispatch-confirmation email. We may refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing/technical errors, stock unavailability, or breach of these Terms. In such cases any payment received is refunded in full.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where stated. We may change prices at any time without notice; the price shown at order confirmation is the price charged. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major cards and supported wallets (e.g. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
5. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & HEALTH DISCLAIMER
We make every effort to ensure descriptions and images are accurate but do not warrant they are error-free or current. Minor variation in color or packaging from images is not grounds for refund. Cleardent is a cosmetic oral-care product for pets. It is NOT a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not replace professional veterinary care. Statements about the product have not been evaluated by any regulatory health authority. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet’s health.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — text, images, graphics, logos, product photography and layout — is the exclusive property of Cleardent or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to: use this website for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading or fraudulent orders or claims; abuse our returns/refund process or file fraudulent chargebacks; scrape or copy our content; circumvent security; or harass our support staff. Violation may result in order cancellation, account suspension and/or legal action.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of our website or products; our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim; and we are not liable for losses caused by third parties including carriers, processors or customs authorities.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This website and its products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except as required by mandatory law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cleardent, its operators and employees from any claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our website.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@cleardent.co and allow 30 days for good-faith informal resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s country of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Nothing in this section removes any mandatory statutory consumer right.
12. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy, Refund and Shipping Policies, form the entire agreement between you and Cleardent regarding your use of this website.
